Overview

CW Fast ("CW Fast," "we," "us") is operated by M.R. Dula Enterprise, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and learning application, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, authentication and profile basics are handled by Clerk, our identity provider. We receive identifiers and profile fields needed to sign you in and associate your progress with your account (for example, name, email address, and a stable user ID).

Learning and app data

To provide the service, we store data tied to your account, such as lesson progress, drill results, preferences (for example tone, timing, and audio mode), and settings you save in the app. This data is stored in a SQLite-compatible database (locally in development; Cloudflare D1 or equivalent hosted storage in production).

Technical and usage information

Like most web services, we and our providers may automatically collect technical data when you use CW Fast, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages or features used, and timestamps. We may use privacy-respecting analytics or logging to understand reliability and improve the product; we do not sell your personal information.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure the CW Fast learning experience
• Sync your progress and settings across sessions and devices
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the service
• Monitor performance, fix errors, and improve features
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms and Conditions

Legal bases (where applicable)

If you are in a region that requires a legal basis for processing (such as the EEA or UK), we rely on performance of our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating and improving CW Fast (balanced against your rights), and consent where required (for example, for optional cookies or marketing, if we offer them).

Sharing and third parties

We share information only as needed to run CW Fast:

• Clerk: sign-in, session management, and account security. Clerk's privacy practices apply to data they process as a processor on our behalf.
• Hosting and infrastructure: for example Cloudflare and related services that host the app, database, and static assets.
• Service providers: vendors who help us with email, analytics, or operations, under contracts that limit their use of your data.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and Clerk use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and preferences. Your browser may let you block cookies, but some features may not work without them. If we use optional analytics cookies, we will describe them here or in a cookie notice and, where required, ask for consent.

Data retention

We keep account and progress data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion as described below. Some logs may be retained for a limited time for security and operations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
• Export or port certain data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Children

CW Fast is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

International users

If you access CW Fast from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate. See also our Terms and Conditions.
